The challenge
Luxury hospitality leaves no room for a late or lost driver: guests and venues need to see exactly where the car is, and drivers need a simple, reliable job flow.
What I built
- Native iOS passenger and chauffeur apps in Swift, plus the Android apps, all on the App Store and Google Play.
- Google Maps routing, live driver tracking and a clear trip-state machine from booking to drop-off.
- Driver availability, job offers with accept and reject, and background location tuned for battery life.
- OTP sign-in with Twilio and safe-area and toolbar polish across devices.
- Now migrating both apps to a single Flutter codebase to halve maintenance.
